CURRENT OPENINGS

Family Services Representative - Full Time

Catholic Cemeteries of the Archdiocese of Omaha (“Catholic Cemeteries”) is a non-profit organization serving Catholic families, the clergy and religious orders with the corporal work of mercy of respectfully interring the deceased and providing their perpetual care. We are a faith-based organization where we pray every day, and truly touch the lives of the people we serve.

Our five Catholic Cemeteries – Calvary, Resurrection, Holy Sepulchre, St. Mary and St. Mary Magdalene – are designed and maintained to encourage prayerful visitation through the use of statuary, landscaping, architecture, and Christian memorials.

The Family Services Representative (“FSR”) guides families through the tactical, financial and emotional process of purchasing burial space and the associated goods and services on either an At-Need (those who have currently suffered a loss) or Pre-Need (those planning for the future) basis. The FSR should have a sufficient understanding of the Catholic Teaching regarding burials to educate and guide families regarding what the Church teaches as well as Catholic Cemeteries policies, rules and regulations. The FSR will also work with funeral directors and coordinate with the internal ground operations team in arranging the details of the committals.
