Family Donation to Support Operations
Periodically, a family will make a special donation to Catholic Cemeteries in honor of a loved one. Sometimes they request that the donation be used for a specific purpose, such as a beautification project. This year our operations crew was super excited to get a memorial donation to purchase a new industrial riding mower for the Calvary/Resurrection cemeteries! Like kids in a candy store, they are all smiles! And it’s no wonder, as the team puts hundreds and hundreds of hours on our mowers every year to maintain over 173 acres of cemeteries. This equipment, going into service this spring, will have a logo placed on it to remind our team and all our visitors of this wonderful family contribution to making sure our cemeteries continue to be a beautiful place to visit, remember, cry, laugh and pray.
