Little Miracles

Little Miracles

A wonderful September morning at Catholic Cemeteries.  We’ve just completed a summer where we are still over 10″ below the normal rainfall averages.  And yet, look at the loads of red fruit on this ornamental tree!  In the midst of a drought year, God provides a simple colorful miracle, a reminder He is here, if we only take notice.  That is how He many times works in our lives, too.  Quietly.  He is present, but we need to take notice to see that even in a period that may seem dry, unproductive, or grief stricken, He sends little signs to let us know He is here.  “Seek the Lord, while he may be found” Isaiah, 55:6.  If we look, if we are open, we will find Him.  Deacon.
